Return & Cancellation

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

How to Return or Cancel

• Email support@revicade.com with your order number and reason.
• For cancellations within 1 hour, contact us via email or call +1 (302) 620-3999.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
• After approval, we’ll provide the return address if applicable.
• Subscription customers can cancel any future billing before the renewal date.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
